What are the delivery cost?
Delivery within Austria is free of charge for orders over 29€; otherwise delivery is 4.90€.
Who is going to deliver my package?
We work with several shipping partners, depending on size and location we either use Österreichische Post, DPD, GLS oder Hermes.
What happens after placing an order?
After placing an order you will receive an e-mail with the order overview for your reference. As soon as the package is shipped out, you will receive another e-mail with the shipping details.
What happens if an order arrives damaged?
While we always try to pack the products as secure as possible, we also try on the other hand not to waste too much packing material. In case a transport damage still happens please inform us after receiving the product. It is also helpful if you can take a picture of the damage so we can verify if a packing problem occured and if we need to change the packing altogether.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before shipment. Should the package already have been shipped, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to cancel the order and to return it. The products must be unopened and not damaged. Please send us an e-mail beforehand in case you want to return something so we can coordinate the procedure.
Are the products being shipped directly from Asia or from Austria?
The products are being shipped from our central storage in Villach/Austria and the shipment typically takes around 1-3 working days.
Which payment methods can I use?
In our webshop you can pay as follows: credit card, bank card, Paypal, direct transfer, and bank transfer (advance payment).
